Julia Tuzio led the Ramapo College women's volleyball team to a 3-0 (25-15, 25-22, 25-15) NJAC win over New Jersey City University today at the Bradley Center. The Roadrunners improve to 7-3 overall, 2-0 in the NJAC while the Gothic Knights fall to 2-2, 0-2 in the conference.
Tuzio led the Roadrunners with 14 kills on 29 attempts as she hit .393 to lead the team while
Michelle Ferrari added 12 kills, five digs and one ace. Tuzio also contributed four digs, three aces and one block.
Sara Pendleton and
Allison DiAngelo posted five kills each while Pendleton recorded three solo blocks and one assisted block.
Tiffany Fischer dished out a team high 31 assists in the match while posting 11 digs.
Elizabeth Steck led the team with 12 digs along with DiAngelo while Steck posted one ace.
Ramapo will return to action on Thursday when they travel to NJAC rival Richard Stockton College at 7:00 PM.
