New York, NY: The #9 Bearcats of Baruch College defeated the Ramapo College men's volleyball team tonight, 3-0 (26-24, 25-14, 25-19). The Bearcats improve to 11-9 overall while the Roadrunners even their overall record to 7-7.

Jeff Jones led Ramapo with ten kills on the night on 16 attempts as he hit .562 with four digs. Joel Castro and Paul Konopacki each added four kills while Konopacki added one block, one ace and four digs. Andrew Balint dished out a team high 14 assists while Kevin McNerney recorded a team high eight digs.

For Baruch, Pablo Oliveira and Eryk Kowalski tallied 13 kills while Nick Smith recorded a match high 11 digs. Jesus Echevarria dished out a match high 36 digs.

The Roadrunners return to action when they host NECVA Metro rival Eastern Mennonite University on Thursday at the Bradley Center at 8:00 PM.
