Box Score Elmira, NJ:  The Ramapo College women's volleyball team fell to #1 Elmira College in the 2011 ECAC Tournament semifinal match today, 3-1 (25-19, 16-25, 11-25, 21-25). The Roadrunners who were ranked number four in the tournament closes out the 2011 season with a 28-8 overall record.

Michelle Ferrari led the Roadrunners with nine kills while Deandra Black added eight of her own. Sara Pendleton posted six total blocks, four solo while recording four kills and two digs. Allison DiAngelo contributed with three kills, one ace and two solo blocks while Tiffany Fischer dished out a team high 24 assists and four digs. Elizabeth Steck posted a match high 16 digs and two aces.

The Soaring Eagles advanced to the Championship match as they were led by Sasha Zavadska with 14 kill and Taryn Rumsey who posted 13 of her own. Molly Short dished out 47 assists in the match while four players tallied double digit digs.
