Box Score Mahwah, NJ:  The Ramapo College women's volleyball team defeated Kean University tonight, 3-0 (25-13, 25-23, 25-20) at the Bradley Center. The Roadrunners earn their 20th win (20-4) of the season while senior setter Tiffany Fischer became the first women's player in Ramapo College history to record her 3,000th career assist. The Cougars fall to 10-20.

Fischer was honored before the match for breaking the career assist record last week at NJAC foe William Paterson and needed 12 assists tonight to reach the 3,000 plateau. Fischer recorded her 12th assist in game two after Julia Tuzio recorded a kill to put Ramapo in the lead, 10-8. Fischer ended the match with 31 assists while posting two kills, two service aces, two blocks and eight digs on the night. She also now stands 12th all-time on the NJAC career assists list with 3,019.  Tuzio tallied ten kills, four assists, two service aces and eight digs while Deandra Black posted six kills and one solo block. Michelle Ferrari put down a match high 13 kills as she hit .282 on the night, Ferrari also led the Roadrunners with ten kills recording a double-double.  Sara Pendleton posted four kills and three total blocks in the match.
