Mahwah, NJ: The Ramapo College men's volleyball team participated in National Sportsmanship Day during their match last night against NECVA Metro foe, SUNY New Paltz.

During the day the Roadrunners traveled to Woodside Elementary School, a kindergarten through fifth grade school, to participate in National Sportsmanship Day with the students. The team spoke to the students about the meaning of sportsmanship: playing fair, respecting the referees and officials, respecting your opponents, and respecting yourself and the game! After the festivities the students and their families were invited to come cheer on the Roadrunners at their match free of charge. Members of DIGS Volleyball Club were also in attendance last night in honor of National Sportsmanship Day.
