New Paltz, NY: The #8 ranked Roadrunners improved to 17-2 overall tonight as senior
Shane Donohue (Freehold, NJ) led his team with 11 kills to a 3-0 (30-26, 30-27, 31-29) victory over #14 New Paltz. New Paltz falls to 12-8 overall and posts only their second NECVA Metro loss, 4-2. Ramapo improves to 6-0 in the conference.
Donohue recorded his 11 kills on 32 attempts while fellow senior
Tom Kohler (East Brunswick, NJ) contributed ten kills on 21 attempts with only three errors.
Jeff Elsasser (Barnegat, NJ) recorded eight of his own kills on the team's offensive attack while
TC Elsasser (Barnegat, NJ) and
Elvis Cabrera (Clifton, NJ) chipped in seven kills each. The team combined recording 43 kills on 109 attempts with 19 hitting errors, hitting .220 in the win.

Kurt Backlund (Old Bridge, NJ) and senior
Dan Sempkowski (East Brunswick, NJ) led the defense with 12 and eight digs respectively while senior setter
Jairo Sierra (Fair Lawn, NJ) dished out 34 assists on the night.
