Longhorne, PA: The Lady Roadrunner volleyball team went 2-1 today at their season opening tournament held at Philadelphia Biblical University. Ramapo first defeated Cedar Crest, 3-1 (23-25, 25-12, 25-18, 25-13), before falling short to Stevenson University, 3-0 (22-25, 22-25, 24-26). Ramapo wrapped up the day with a 3-1 (19-25, 25-19, 25-18, 25-21) victory over Mt. Aloysius.
Rookie
Kayla Anders (Harrington Park, NJ) was named to the All-Tournament team after tallying 40 kills and eight total blocks on the day. She first added 13 kills in the team's victory over Cedar Crest before posting ten and 17 in the team's face off with Stevenson and Mt. Aloysius respectively.

Lea Steinman (Piscataway, NJ) recorded 35 digs on the day and rookies
Tiffany Fischer (Woodcliff Lake, NJ) and
Michelle Del Valle (Teaneck, NJ) combined for 96 assists.
The Roadrunners return to action tomorrow when they take on Lebanon Valley and Penn State-Harrisburg in a tri match-up commencing at 1:00 PM in Annville, PA.
