Mahwah, NJ: The Ramapo College women's soccer team played 110 minutes of scoreless soccer today in a NJAC match-up with the Cougars of Kean University. With the tie, Ramapo stands at 7-4-1 overall, 3-1-1 in the New Jersey Athletic Conference while the Cougars stand at 7-2-2 overall, 3-1-1 in the conference.
Sophomore goalkeeper Jessica DaRold (Sayreville, NJ) blocked 11 Cougar shots while Nicole Groszew (Denville, NJ) stopped 12 of Ramapo's attempts on goal. The Roadrunners and the Cougars each ripped 16 shots in the 110 minutes of score less play.
Ramapo returns to action on Wednesday, October 3rd when they host Manhattanville at 4:30 PM while Kean travels to Nazareth on October 6th for an 11:00 AM start.
