AGEE’S LAST SECOND SHOT SENDS ROWAN OVER RAMAPO, 85-84

Mahwah, NJ: Earle Agee (Red Bank, NJ) hit a three-pointer with :02 left on the clock dropping the Roadrunners 85-84 in a NJAC match-up in Mahwah. The Roadrunners fall to 16-5 overall, 6-4 in the conference while the Profs improve to 17-4 overall, 8-2 in the NJAC.

Ramapo led by as many as 20 in the first half shooting 19-37 (51%) ahead of Rowan's 15-34 (44%). Rowan stepped up their game in the second shooting 18-30 (60%) ahead of Ramapo's 13-27 (48%). Agee finished the game with 11 points shooting 3-9. Evan Johnson (Burlington, NJ) posted 19 points and Tylee Thomas (Wildwood, NJ) recorded 17 points shooting 8-17 to lead the Profs in their 85-84 victory. Ryan Cochrane (Howell, NJ) netted 16 points with two rebounds, two assists, and three steals in the game and Joe Wendel (Brick, NJ) knocked down 12 of his own. Thomas dished out a team-high three assists. Rowan outshot Ramapo 52% to 50% for the game.

Senior guard CHARLES RANSOM (Jersey City, NJ) led Ramapo with 23 points shooting 6-18 from the floor, 9-9 from behind the line and senior JARED MILLIGAN (Ringwood, NJ) and junior ELIAZAR VELEZ (West New York, NJ) posted 14 and 13 points respectively. Senior GREG MCBAIN (Waldwick, NJ) grabbed eight rebounds leading the team.
