Mahwah, NJ: The Ramapo College women's volleyball team played host to the Scarlet Raptors of Rutgers Camden today at the Athletic Center. Ramapo defeated Rutgers Camden, 3-0 (30-16, 30-20, 30-25) improving to 7-18 overall, 1-6 NJAC. Rutgers Camden falls to 3-16 overall, 0-7 in the conference.

Ramapo was led by junior CHARYS PATMORE (Paterson, NJ) with eight kills on 20 attempts. PATMORE added three total blocks in the match-up while rookie SARA ASHER (Paramus, NJ) posted two of her own. ASHER and SAMANTHA WEJNERT (Paramus, NJ) tallied five kills a piece while combining for six service aces. Junior TINA CALIA (Belleville, NJ) led the defense with five digs. CALIA also posted two kill.

Junior LYNDSEY WESTON (Torrington, CT) and sophomore ALISON MARZOCCHI (Harrington Park, NJ) dished out a total 12 assists in the 3-0 victory in Mahwah.

The Roadrunners will host Richard Stockton on Tuesday, October 28th in their last home game of the 2003 season. Match start time is set at 7:00 PM.
