Mahwah, NJ: The Ramapo College women's soccer team fell short to the Red Hawks of Montclair State, 0-3 today at the Athletic Center. Ramapo now stands at 4-10-1 overall, 1-6-1 NJAC while Montclair improves to 8-4-2 overall, 4-3-1 NJAC.

Montclair took a 2-0 lead in the first half after Kelly Dutko (Hamilton, NJ) and Kristin Weber (Union, NJ) each netted one at 6:48 and 15:13 respectively. Stephanie Sabaliaukas (Edison, NJ) and Shirah Odeh (Pompton Lakes, NJ) chipped in the assists for the team. Sabaliaukas added a goal of her own in the 59th minute giving Montclair the 3-0 victory over Ramapo.

Stephanie Romanko (North Brunswick, NJ) blocked one shot in 90 minutes while CHRISTY TURNER (Ringwood, NJ) blocked seven. Montclair out shot Ramapo 18-2.

The Roadrunners will finish up their 2002 season on the road on Saturday, October 26th at 1:00 PM vs. Stockton, Wednesday, October 30th at 4:00 PM vs. Manhattanville, and Saturday, November 2nd at 10:30 AM vs. St. Joe's Patchogue.
