Rogers becomes the second different Roadrunner to earn NJAC Women’s Indoor Track & Field Rookie of the Week honors after traveling to Middletown, CT to compete at the Collegiate Track & Field Championship contested at Wesleyan University. She placed second in a field of 14 competitors in the triple jump with a school-record and NCAA provisional leap of 11.35 meters. She also placed second in a field of 19 competitors in the long jump with a mark of 4.98 meters. Rogers also competed in the 50 meter dash and the 200 meters, placing ninth and 10th respectively with times of 7.68 and 27.20. Her performances helped propel the Roadrunners to a fifth place team finish in the 19-team championship.
