Ramapo College of New Jersey Athletics

Furman earns NJAC Women’s Outdoor Field Athlete of the Week honors after competing at the Ramapo College Northeast Challenge. She produced a first-place showing in the discus in a field of 21 competitors with a winning mark of 38.47. She also placed second in the hammer throw with a runner-up mark of 43.85. Furman currently leads the NJAC in both of the discus and hammer throw this season, while ranking second and 14th respectively in all of NCAA Division III.
