Thompson collects her second NJAC Rookie of the Week honor after averaging 19.5 points, 8.5 rebounds, 4.0 assists, and collected a pair of steals in a 1-1 week. In a road win at Montclair State, she tied her career high with 22 points on 7-for-10 shooting from the field and 8-for-11 from the free throw line. She also grabbed seven rebounds, dished three assists, and grabbed one steal. In a tough setback to Stockton, she posted a double-double of 17 points and 10 rebounds to go along with five assists and a steal. She shot 50 percent against the Ospreys. Thompson is currently ranked 10th in the NJAC in conference-only scoring (16.3 ppg), seventh in conference-only rebounding (8.7 rpg), and tied for fifth in conference-only assists (4.0 apg).
