Ramapo College of New Jersey Athletics

Herbert, the reigning NJAC Co-Swimmer of the Year, picks up her first NJAC Swimmer of the Week honor of the season after leading Ramapo in its conference meet against TCNJ. She won three individual events and helped the Roadrunners to a relay victory. She posted the NJAC’s top time of the season in the 200 free (2:01.38), and the league’s second-best time in the 50 free (25.06). She also won the 100 free with a time of 56.00, where she owns the fourth-best time in the NJAC. Herbert also swam a leg of the winning 200 medley relay (1:54.31), which marked the third-best time in the conference this year.
