2016-2017 Junior Year: Top Times: 200 Freestyle (1:57.93), 100 Freestyle (53.40), 50 Freestyle (23.94)...NJAC First Team All-Conference (50 Freestyle)...NJAC Second Team All-Conference (100 Freestyle, 400 Freestyle Relay, 200 Medley Relay)...NJAC Honorable Mention All-Conference (400 Medley Relay)...Named NJAC Swimmer of the Week (11/6/16)... Earned NCAA-B cut time at MET Championships in the 50 Freestyle.

2015-2016 Sophomore Year: Top Times:  100 Butterfly (1:03.28), 100 Backstroke (1:06.21), 200 Freestyle (1:56.03), 100 Freestyle (52.26), 50 Freestyle (23.62)...Named 2015-2016 New Jersey Athletic Conference Women's Co-Swimmer of the Year...Herbert was a seven-time NJAC Swimmer of the Week selection during the season and finished third overall in the 50 freestyle and seventh overall in the 100 freestyle events, earning her NJAC First Team honors. Herbert was also a member of the 200 freestyle and 200 medley relay teams, which earned NJAC First Team All-Conference. She is the second consecutive Roadrunner to earn NJAC Women's Swimmer of the Year award and was the only NJAC women's swimmer to be selected to the 2016 NCAA Division III National championships.

2014-2015 Freshman Year: Member of the NJAC Champion 200 freestyle relay team, 200 medley relay team and 400 medley relay team....NJAC First Team All-Conference, 200 freestyle relay team, 200 medley relay team and 400 medley relay team...NJAC Second Team All-Conference, 50m freestyle, 100 freestyle, 400 freestyle relay team...Member of the 200 medley relay team (D. Bach, Arthur, Keller, Herbert) to set a new school record (1:47.48)...member of the 400 medley relay team (D. Back, Arthur, Keller, Herbert) to set a new school record (3:58.51)...a member of the 200 freestyle relay team (Herbert, Arthur, C. Bach, Keller) to set a new school record (1:43.40)...a member of the 400 freestyle relay team (Keller, Trewhella, Arthur, Herbert) to set a new school record (3:36.17) and in the 800 freestyle relay team (Keller, Herbert, J. Housel, Suydam) with a time of 7:59.00.
