Dugan earns NJAC Men’s Cross Country Rookie of the Week honors after competing in Ramapo’s own Season Opener at Garret Mountain in Woodland Park. In the first race of his collegiate career, he took home a second-place showing in the 5k race with a time of 16:42. The performance by Dugan helped the Roadrunners take the top seven spots in the race.
