Hernandez earns NJAC Rookie of the Week honors after hitting .526 (10-for-19) with four RBI, a double, a stolen base, and four runs scored during a 4-2 week for the Roadrunners. She first went a combined 3-for-7 with two RBI and three runs scored during a 6-2 and 14-1 double header sweep at TCNJ. She then went 4-for-7 with an RBI, a double, and one run scored during a split 9-3 victory and 5-3 defeat double header series against Brooklyn. She wrapped up the week by going a combined 3-for-5 with a game-winning hit and an RBI during a 1-0 NJAC victory in game one over conference rival William Paterson. Hernandez currently ranks 48th in the NJAC in bat- ting average (.271).
