Dowell earns NJAC Field Athlete of the Week honors for the fifth time and second consecutive week this season after competing at the 2015 ECAC Metro Championships at the NY Armory. He posted a third place finish in the triple jump, clearing a distance of 14.44 meters in a field of 24 competitors in the championship event. Dowell will compete in the NCAA championships next weekend in the triple jump event, as he currently ranks sixth in all of NCAA Division III in the event this season.
