Juelis earns the first NJAC Men’s Outdoor Track & Field Rookie of the Week selection after traveling to Charlotte, NC to compete at the UNC-Charlotte 49er Classic. In the first outdoor meet of his collegiate career, he placed 18th in a field of 97 competitors in the 1,500 meters with an ECAC qualifying time of 3:59.39. He also placed 21st in a field of 97 runners in the 800 meters with an ECAC qualifying time of 1:57.83. The performance by Juelis in the 1,500 meters currently ranks as the sixth best time in NCAA Division III, while his time in the 800 meters currently ranks 22nd nationally in the event.
