Ramapo College of New Jersey Athletics

Furman earns the first NJAC Women’s Indoor Field Athlete of the Week selection after traveling to New Haven, CT to compete at the Yale University Season Opener. She placed fourth in a field of 20 competitors in the weight throw with an ECAC qualifying mark of 14.85 meters. She also placed sixth in a field of 21 throwers in the shot put with a mark of 11.36 meters. Both of her throws represent conference-bests this season, while her marks in the weight throw and the shot put cur- rently rank seventh and 24th overall in NCAA Division III.
