Ramapo College of New Jersey Athletics

Updike earns NJAC Women’s Indoor Track Athlete of the Week honors for the second time this season after traveling to New York, NY to compete at the Metropolitan Championships. She placed ninth in a field of 32 competitors in the 400 meters with an ECAC qualifying time of 59.08. She also was a member of the Roadrunners’ 4x400 meter relay which placed sixth in a field of nine teams with an ECAC qualifying time of 4:03.35. The performance by Updike in the 400 meters currently ranks as the 25th best NCAA Division III time in the event, while the Ramapo 4x400 relay holds the 23rd best NCAA Division III time in the nation.
