Ramapo College of New Jersey Athletics

Updike earns NJAC Women’s Indoor Track Athlete of the Week honors after traveling to New Haven, CT to compete at the Yale University Season Opener. She placed first in a field of 15 competitors in the 800 meters with a time of 2:21.59. She also competed as a member of the Roadrunners’ 4x400 meter relay which placed third in a field of 10 teams with an ECAC qualifying time of 4:04.39. Up- dike’s winning performance in the 800 meters cur- rently ranks as the second best NCAA Division III time in the event, while the Ramapo 4x400 holds the nation’s best Division III time in the event this season.
