Ramapo College of New Jersey Athletics

Zilg becomes the second different Roadrunner to earn NJAC Pitcher of the Week honors after allowing just one earned run in 9.2 innings while earning a win and a save in two appearances during Ramapo’s Spring trip to Florida. During a 7-4 win over No. 13 St. Thomas, he entered the game in the eighth inning with two runners on base and just one out and proceeded to save the victory for Ramapo. Two days later, he scattered seven hits over eight innings of work, allowing just one run during a 14-1 victory over Amherst. Zilg currently ranks fourth in the NJAC in earned run average (0.71).


Zilg also received NJCBA Pitcher of the Week for his efforts on the mound.
