Charles was named Rookie of the Week after clearing 1.95 meters in the high jump at Thursday’s Wagner Seahawk Shootout at Ocean Breeze Athletic Complex. The freshman finished fifth overall while qualifying for the AARTFC Indoor Championships and moved to No. 4 on Ramapo’s indoor program list in the event. His jump was also the sixth-highest in the NJAC so far this year.
