Peterson earns his first career NJAC Rookie of the Week honor after helping first-place Ramapo to two more conference wins last week. He averaged 10.0 points, 3.0 rebounds, 2.0 steals and 1.0 assists as the Roadrunners captured victories over William Paterson and Stockton. He shot 60.0 percent from the field including a perfect 2-for-2 from long range on the week, while hitting 6-of-7 free throws. Peterson chipped in 10 points in 18 minutes along with four rebounds, three steals and two assists in a 108-85 win over the Pioneers. He also scored 10 points along with two rebounds and a steal in an 89-81 win over the Ospreys. The rookie has appeared in nine games this season and is chipping in 5.9 ppg in 14.1 minutes.
