Mahwah, NJ: The #16 ranked Rowan University women's lacrosse team defeated Ramapo College, 21-0 today in NJAC action. The Profs improve to 11-2 overall and 2-0 in the NJAC while the Roadrunners drop to 5-8 overall and 0-2 in the conference.
Rowan scored a goal in every quarter in today's game as they posted eight in the first, seven in the second, five in the third and one in the fourth. Elaina Corson led the Profs with five goals while Alexis Lowry and Madison Rothwein each collected two. Corson and Rothwein each tallied three assists while Rothwein led the team with 16 draw controls. For the Roadrunners,
Daniella Indomenico recorded six saves in goal.
Bethany Glaser and
Leah Whitney each posted three ground balls while Glaser recorded two draw controls.
Ramapo returns to action on April 18th when they travel to #18 ranked College of New Jersey in a NJAC game at 1:00pm.
