Bethlehem, PA: The Ramapo College women's indoor track and field team competed at the Hounds Indoor Classic this afternoon hosted by Moravian University at the Lehigh University Rauch Fieldhouse.
Dale Leonard won the 800m race when she posted an AARTFC qualifying time of 2:17.30.
Rea Pagatpatan finished ninth in the same race in 2:37.90.
Ashley Gordon recorded a time of 8.17 seconds for a sixth-place finish in the 60m dash finals. In the mile,
Zoe Gregory grabbed a 10th place finish in 5:44 flat while in the 5k,
Gianna Penyak finished fourth overall when she crossed in 19:11.34. The 4x400m relay team posted a combined time of 4:20.79 as they placed third overall. The team was made up of
Kamalah Williams,
Jianna Gorospe,
Lauren Daniels and Leonard. The DMR team, which was made up of
Jasmin Silva-Vargas, Regine Lladoc, Pagatpatan and Gregory; placed seventh in 13:47.71.
The Roadrunners return to the track on Friday, Jan. 30th when they travel to the Ocean Breeze Athletic Complex for the MET Indoor Track & Field Championships. The meet is set to begin at 10:00 AM.
