Mahwah, NJ:  Senior guard Peter Gorman has been named to the CSC Academic All-America® Second Team selected by College Sports Communicators.

Gorman becomes the first Ramapo College male student-athlete to be named to Academic All-America Team. He recorded an undergrad GPA of 3.86 when he earned his bachelor's degree in Accounting and boasts a 3.94 GPA in graduate school. Gorman led the Roadrunners in almost every offensive category on the court this season and earned multiple post-season honors. He was recently named MBWA Division III men's Player of the Year, and All-MET First Team earlier today.

He also was named to the D3hoops.com All-America Third Team, D3hoops.com All-Region 4 Player of the Year & First Team, NABC All-America Second Team, NABC All-District Region 4 First Team, NJAC Player of the Year, NJAC First Team All-Conference, D3hoops.com All-Tournament Team and Hampton Inn Holiday Classic All-Tournament Team this season.
