Philadelphia, PA: The Ramapo College women's indoor track & field team competed at day 1 of the 2025 Indoor Track & Field Championships at the Ott Center. The Roadrunners currently stand in fifth place with 22 points. The meet wraps up tomorrow evening and is set to begin at 4:00 PM.
NJAC Championship Central
Gianna Penyak finished as NJAC runner-up in the 5k earning a spot on the podium. This was her first conference championship appearance posting a time of 18:38.01.
Gbarper Dwah earned a big Q in the 60m dash prelims with a time of 7.81 seconds while
Ashley Gordon also qualified for the finals with a personal best mark of 7.92 seconds.
Jade Smith qualified for the finals of the 60m hurdles with a personal best time of 9.68 seconds. In the long jump,
Bryanna Shepperson posted a mark of 4.99m to earn three points for Ramapo and a sixth-place overall finish. The distance medley relay joined the mens' team with a podium finish as the women's team earned third place with a combined time of 12:28.00. The team was made up of
