New York, NY:  The Ramapo College women's indoor track & field team competed in their first meet of 2025 as they hosted the Ramapo Season Opener today at The Armory in New York.
 
Dale Leonard posted a 5th place finish in the 3k race clocking in at 10:11.31 just over eight seconds off her program record. Her time is currently tied for #10 in NCAA D3 this season. Zoey Cassavell set a new personal best in the same race when she posted a time of 10:39.42, which moves her to 6th All-Time at Ramapo. Ashley Gordon posted a time of 27.26 seconds in the 200m dash, a new personal best while Kamalah Williams recorded a time of 1:04.50 in the 400m race. Bryanna Shepperson cleared 1.47m in the high jump for a new personal best.
 
The Roadrunners return to action on Jan. 24th when they travel to the Widener Winter Invite for a meet beginning at 9:00 AM.
