Ewing, NJ: The Ramapo College women's cross country team placed 3
rd overall at the Herb Lorenz Invitational hosted by the College of New Jersey. The Roadrunners recorded 87 points overall.
Zoey Cassavell placed first for the Roadrunners and 8
th overall when she clocked in at 19:54.5.
Zoe Gregory finished second for the team and 16
th overall with a time of 20:44.4 while
Elena Guzman clocked in at 20:47.3 in 17
th place overall, recording her first 5k collegiate race.
Francesca Cartagena placed fourth for the team and clocked in at 21:23.1 just off her personal best in a 5k while
Jasmin Silva-Vargas posted a time of 21:51.3 to wrap up Ramapo's top five finishers.
The Roadrunners return to action at the METs Championships on October 12
th at Branch Brook Park hosted by NJIT.
