New York, NY: The Ramapo College men's outdoor track & field team competed at the Metropolitan Conference Outdoor Track & Field Championships today at Icahn Stadium.
The 4x100m relay team placed 2nd overall with a combined time of 43.12 seconds. The team was made up of
Terrell Lockett,
Logan Natale, Michael Okafor-Brown and
Brandon Balcacer. In the 800m run,
Ryan Pena clocked in at 2:00.38 for a 15th place finish. Siam Syed and
Ryan Scully recorded times of 2:00.84 and 2:01.72 respectively. Th 4x800m relay team placed 3rd overall with a combined time of 8:18.08. The team was made up of
Michael Mohr, Pena,
Anthony Bertollo and Scully.
In the field events,
Sebastian Pross placed 6th in the hammer throw with a mark of 48.89m while
Braden Holm finished 8th with a mark of 42.05m. Hold also placed 9th in the shot put with a throw of 11.27m.
The Roadrunners return to action a two meets next weekend, the Larry Ellis Invitational on Friday and Saturday hosted by Princeton and the TCNJ Invitational on Saturday.
