RAMAPO WOMEN'S SOCCER FALLS TO STOCKTON ON THE ROAD

Galloway, NJ:  The Stockton University women's soccer team defeated Ramapo College 3-1 today in NJAC action. The Ospreys improve to 8-5-2 overall and 3-2-1 in the NJAC while the Roadrunners move to 3-10-1 overall and 0-6 in the league.
 
Stockton scored all of their goals in the first half before Ramapo got on the board in the second. Kylee Reissek scored her second and third goals of the season, back-to-back, to open the game. She tallied the first goal in the 6th minute of action before scoring the second goal in the 26th minute. Both goals were assisted by Emily Hauck. The Osprey's final goal came in the 31st minute as Logan Shaw took a pass from Erin Lally to score her fifth goal of the season for a 3-0 score.
 
In the second half, Amanda Barr tallied her team leading fifth goal of the season in the 60th minute. Stockton held an 8-2 advantage in shots on goal in the game while they recorded 11 corner kicks to Ramapo's four. In goal for the Roadrunners, Gabby Matias recorded one save in 34:10 minutes of the game while Madison Miskovitz posted four saves in the final 55:50 of the game.
 
Ramapo returns to action on Wednesday, October 23rd when they host Montclair State University at the Athletic Center at 6:00 PM.
