Newark, NJ:  The Ramapo College women's cross country team placed 8th overall at the 2024 METs Cross Country Championships hosted by NJIT at Branch Brook Park. The Roadrunners collected 141 points.
 
Dale Leonard finished first for the Roadrunners and 7th overall when she crossed the finish line in 18:22. Zoey Cassavell recorded a new personal best on a 5k course when she finished second for the team and 16th overall in 18:50.4. Zoe Gregory and Elena Guzman each posted a personal best time in 19:58.8 and 20:19.7 respectively. Francesca Cartagena rounds out the Roadrunners' top five finishers with a personal best time of 20:24.8.
 
The Roadrunners return to action at the Border Battle hosted by Rowan University on October 19th at 11am.
