Lawrenceville, NJ: The Ramapo College women's outdoor track & field team competed at the Rider Invite today hosted by Rider University.
Gbarper Dwah won two events this afternoon with times of 12.43 seconds in the 100m dash and 25.24 seconds in the 200m dash.
Meredith Yaskovic placed fourth in the 100m dash in 12.82 seconds while
Rebecca Kneppel finished in third place in the 400m race in 58.13 seconds. In the 400m hurdles,
Barbara Exilus clocked in with a time of 1:10.39 for an eighth place finish.
Suzanne Zaugg clocked in with a time of 18:38.66 in the 5k for a ninth place finish, her time is also fourth best in program history. In the field,
Mia Raso posted a mark of 32.25m in the hammer throw as she placed 13th overall. In the javelin,
Mia Santana placed 14th overall with a mark of 27.17m. The 4x100m relay team made up of, Dwah, Kneppel, Exilus, and Yaskovic, posted a time of 48.19 seconds to win the event.
The Roadrunners return to action on Friday, April 28th as the team competes at the TCNJ Invitational while the 4x400m relay team will compete at the historic Penn Relays at 7:30pm.
