Chester, PA: The Ramapo College women's outdoor track and field team competed at the Widener Invitational today hosted by Widener University while the throwers of the team competed at the ESU All-American Meet hosted by East Stroudsburg University.

At Widener,
Delilah Cruz broke her own school record in the 100-meter hurdles when she crossed the finish line in 14.58 seconds. Her time is top 15 in NCAA DIII this season. In the 1,500-meter race,
Lindsay McNeill clocked in with the 2nd best time at Ramapo and a 9th place finish in 4:50.74. The 4x100-meter relay team won the race as they combined to cross the finish line in 48.39 seconds. The team was made up of Cruz,
Rebecca Kneppel,
Meredith Yaskovic, and
Gbarper Dwah.

In the 100-meter dash, Dwah placed 2nd overall when she clocked in at 12.32 seconds while Kneppel finished in 8th place (12.63 seconds) and Yaskovic finished in 13th place (12.90 seconds). In the 200-meter dash, Dwah grabbed a 5th place finish in 25.46 seconds, which is 4th all-time at Ramapo. Yaskovic was right behind her in 6th place in 25.63 seconds, which is 6th all-time at Ramapo. In the 400-meter dash,
Kacy Ewing clocked in at 1:02.75 while
Dina Ayoub posted a time of 1:04.29. In the 400-meter hurdles,
Barbara Exilus recorded a time of 1:13.86. Three Roadrunners competed in the 800-meter run as
Zoey Cassavell posted a time of 2:25.88 while McNeill clocked in at 2:29.58 and
Suzanne Zaugg posted a time of 2:29.61.

At the All-American Meet,
Sophia Cender placed 13th overall in the javelin with a mark of 24.00-meters. In the discus, Cender posted a mark of 15.61-meters while
Lauren Marzano recorded a mark of 15.29-meters. In the shot put, Marzano posted a mark of 6.51-meters.

The Roadrunners will return to action on Friday April 29th when they travel to the TCNJ Invitational.
