Mahwah, NJ: The Ramapo College women's soccer team wrapped up the 2022 season today with a 3-0 NJAC win over William Paterson University. The Roadrunners wrap up the season with a 5-10 overall record, 2-7 in the NJAC while the Pioneers move to 2-12-5 overall and 0-8-1 in the conference.
The Roadrunners got on the board in the 21st minute (20:25) of action when
Carla Goodwin scored her first of two goals on the day to put Ramapo up 1-0 off a pass from
Lauren Vladyka. Vladyka tallied her sixth goal of the year in the 26th minute (25:28) as Goodwin assisted for a 2-0 score. Goodwin would make it 3-0 Ramapo in the 27th minute (26:36) off a pass from
Kaylee Babasade as she scored her team leading 11th goal of the year.
Ramapo posted nine shots on goal to WPU's five while the Pioneers posted all six corner kicks in the game.
Emma Conlan recorded five saves in the shutout win for the Roadrunners and Sarah Mantilla collected six saves for WPU.
