New Haven, CT:  The Ramapo College women's tennis team defeated Albertus Magnus College tonight in a non-conference match, 8-1. The Roadrunners move to 2-2 overall while Falcons now stand at 1-8 on the year.
 
Melanie Brentnall posted a 6-1, 6-0 victory at first singles and Marina Kaiafas won 8-0 at second singles. Melanie Colon-Leon earned an 8-2 win at third singles while Kassie Britt swept her match at fourth singles, 6-0 & 6-0. Roshay Baez and Mackenzie Dates each earned victories of 6-0, 6-1 at fifth and sixth singles respectively.
 
In doubles play, Kaifas and Britt earned an 8-4 win at second doubles while Baez and Justine Gardella posted a shutout win at third doubles, 8-0.
 
The Roadrunners will return to action during the Spring 2022 season.
