Mahwah, NJ:  The Ramapo College women's volleyball team moved to 3-0 overall with a 3-0 (25-20, 25-21, 25-17) non-conference win over St. Joseph's College – LI. The Golden Eagles now stand at 1-6 on the season.
 
Stephanie Ross led the way on offense with ten total kills while she hit .308 in the match. She also posted eight digs and one block. Morgan Ridgway posted eight kills, 11 digs and two aces while Hannah Frascella, Desi Brower and Felicia Jimenez each collected four kills of their own. Kate Shirkey and Sara Correa split the setting duties today as Shirkey posted 15 assists and Correa 14. Shirkey also led the team with three kills while Karina Almeda collected a team high 15 digs. Caleigh Golabek posted one solo block and one assisted block along with three kills in the match. The team hit .241 in the match with 35 total kills on 112 attempts.
 
For the Golden Eagles, Melanie O'Hoppe hit .304 with 10 kills on 23 attempts and just three errors. She also tallied one ace, five digs and one block. Amanda Goldstein tallied nine kills while Kaitlin Williams posted seven of her own in the match. Brionna Silva dished out a team high 35 assists while Danielle Senecal posted 17 digs on defense to lead St. Joseph's. The team tallied 38 total kills and hit .157 in the match.
 
The Roadrunners open up NJAC play on Tuesday, September 17th when they host New Jersey City University at the Bradley Center at 7pm.
