Mahwah, NJ: The Ramapo College women's soccer team defeated Cedar Crest College 3-0 today at the Athletic Center. The Roadrunners move to 4-1 on the season while Falcons even their record at 3-3 overall.

The Roadrunners got on the board in the first half in the 24th minute (23:34) when
Kaitlyn Kelly scored her second goal of the year for the 1-0 lead.

Lauren Vladyka tallied two goals in the second half to push the score to 3-0. She posted her first goal in the 53rd minute (52:45) as Kelly assisted on the play. Vladyka connected on her fourth goal of the season off a pass from
Sarah Tomasello in the 85th minute (84:13) to put the Roadrunners up 3-0.

Elizabeth Harvell recorded three saves in the game as she faced four shots. For the Falcons, Lauren Makely recorded seven saves in the game while she faced 21 shots. Ramapo held a 21-4 advantage in shots in the game while they also posted four corners to Cedar Crest's one. Â

The Roadrunners return to action on Wednesday, September 18th when they travel to Drew University for a non-conference game at 7pm. Â
