Saratoga Springs, NY:  The Ramapo College men's soccer team played to a 1-1 draw in double overtime on the road at Skidmore College this afternoon. The Roadrunners move to 2-0-2 overall while the Thoroughbreds now stand at 3-0-2 on the year.
 
Ramapo would get on the board in the first half when Justin Charkowski scored (24:04) on a breakaway off a pass from Joseph Fala.
 
Skidmore would tie the game during the second half in the 65th minute (64:14) when Stanley Langyintuo hit the back of the next for the 1-1 score.
 
Neither team would score in regulation sending the game into overtime. Ramapo out shot Skidmore 5-1 in the first overtime period while Skidmore outshot the Roadrunners 6-3 in the second. For the game each team tallied 22 shots while Ramapo held a 10-8 advantage in shots on goal. The Thoroughbreds collected eight corners in the game to Ramapo's six.
 
Noah Beverin posted seven saves for the Roadrunners including three in overtime. For Skidmore, Sebastian Bosch recorded nine saves and two in overtime.
 
Ramapo returns to action on Saturday, September 14th when they travel to Moravian College for a non-conference game at 1pm.
