Aston, PA:  The Ramapo College men's volleyball team earned a key CVC Conference victory tonight over Neumann University on the road, 3-0 (25-11, 25-6, 25-14). The Roadrunners improve to 13-12 overall and 6-3 in the conference while the Knights now stand at 2-18 overall and 0-10 in the conference.
 
The Roadrunners hit .483 in the match with 35 kills on 58 attempts and just seven errors. 
Liam Whalen hit .750 in the match with seven kills on eight attempts and one error. Whalen also led the team with three total blocks.  
Andrew Finnegan also posted seven kills while he hit .875 with no errors on eight attempts. He also collected a team high four aces and posted three digs. 
Jason Van Der Wilt and 
Sean Nieves each collected six kills in the match while Van Der Wilt added two aces and one block. 
Lucas Inglis dished out a team high 27 assists while he added a team high six digs. Tanner Despuyt contributed with five kills, one ace and four digs.
 
Ryan Bollinger led Neumann with five kills while he added three digs. Zack Strickland and Jules Maiorano each tallied five assists while Nick Shortlidge, Maiorano and Bollinger each collected a team high three digs in the match. The Knights recorded 24 kills as a team.
 
Ramapo returns to action tomorrow on the road when they play Cairn University in a CVC match at 11:00am and Lehman College in a non-conference match at 1pm.
