Immaculata, PA: The Ramapo College men's volleyball team defeated Immaculata University today in CVC action, 3-0 (25-14, 25-22, 25-11). The Roadrunners even their overall record at 12-12 overall while they stand at 5-3 in the conference. The Mighty Macs now stand at 0-16 overall and 0-9 in the CVC.
The Roadrunners were led by
Andrew Finnegan with nine kills while
Liam Whalen and Eric Van Thunye each collected six in the match. Finnegan and Van Thuyne also led the team with five aces each while
Lucas Inglis dished out a team high 32 assists. Inglis also posted nine digs while
Sean Nieves added eight in the match. Whalen and Chonor Charlow posted a team high two blocks each. The team hit .321 in the match with 40 kills on 81 attempts and 14 errors.
Garrett Pepper and Bryce Wiltbank each posted four kills to lead Immaculata. Donte Ramos posted a team high ten assists while Ramos also added six digs.
Ramapo returns to action on Friday, March 29th when they travel to Neumann University for a CVC match at 7pm.
