Larysa Iwaskiw recorded her 2,000th career kill in the Ramapo College women's volleyball win over Mount Saint Mary College today in day two of the Roadrunner Invitational. The Roadrunners improved to 7-2 overall with two wins today.

The Roadrunners opened up day two with a 25-20, 25-12, 25-22 win over the Golden Eagles. Iwaskiw needed 30 kills coming into the day to reach the 2,000 mark and she recorded 18 in the first match. She also posted three aces and 13 digs while
Judy Errichetti tallied six kills of her own.
Kate Shirkey dished out a team high 22 assists and
Sara Correa posted 11 assists of her own. Sara Mulligan posted 12 digs on defense and
Kristina Semple tallied ten. The team hit .188 in the match with 41 kills on 117 attempts with 19 errors. For St. Joseph's LI, Claire Urizzo led the team with nine kills while Morgan Tiska posted eight. Brionna Silva recorded 11 assists and Danielle Senecal posted 15 digs in the match. The team hit .029 in the match with 25 kills on 104 attempts and 22 errors.

The Roadrunners hit .284 in their final match of the day as they improved to 7-2 overall with a 25-12, 25-8, 25-14 win. Iwaskiw earned her 2,000th career point in the match, the first wome's volleyball player to reach that mark in school history. She already holds the career record for kills for a women's volleyball player in school history, setting that new school record during her junior season. She finished the match with a team high 14 kills as she hit .333. Iwaskiw also tallied four aces and nine digs.
Amanda Rose posted three kills while
Hannah Frascella collected four kills in the match. Mulligan posted eight digs on defense while Shirkey dished out a team high 16 assists. The team hit .284 in the match with 31 kills on 81 attempts and only eight errors. The Knights were led by Danielle Kralik with three kills while McKenna Cronin posted seven assists. Chelsea Barberan and Julimar Figueroa each posted 11 digs. The team hit -.104 in the match with 12 kills on 77 attempts and 20 errors.

FDU-Florham 3, SUNY Potsdam 0
The Devils came away with a 25-19, 25-16, 25-14 win as Melissa Gaffney led the team with 13 kills. Courtney Conte posted 32 assists while Rachel Catena added 23 digs to lead the team. The team hit .233 in the match with 40 kills on 116 attempts and 13 errors. For the Bears, Cierra Farnschlader led the team with nine kills and Brianna Rodda dished out a team high 21 assists while Anika Anderson posted 13 digs. The team hit .060 in the match with 25 kills on 117 attempts and 18 errors.

SUNY Potsdam 3, St. Joseph's LI 2
The Bears outlasted the Golden Eagles in a 31-29, 25-20, 20-25, 20-25, 17-15 match. Kelsea Healis led the Bears with 16 kills while Farnschlader posted five blocks. Rodda tallied 41 assists and Topf collected 33 digs. The team hit .119 with 53 kills on 219 attempts with 27 errors. For the Golden Eagles, Tiska posted a team high 23 kills while Urizzo posted 34 digs and Jessica Nicholson collected three kills. The team hit .134 in the match with 63 kills on 217 attempts with 34 errors.

The Devils defeated the Knights 25-16, 25-14, 25-14). Lauren Harris led the Devils with 11 kills while Courtney Conte dished out a team high 26 assists. The team hit .168 in the match with 33 kills on 119 attempts and 13 errors. The Knights were led by Jackie Survilla with four kills while Courtney Blum dished out 17 assists and Julimar Figueroa posted 19 digs. The team hit .024 in the match with 23 kills on 125 attempts with 20 errors.

The Roadrunners return to action when they travel to William Paterson University for a NJAC conference match at 7pm. Last season Ramapo defeated WPU 3-0 (25-19, 25-14, 25-13).
