Sparkhill, NY: The Ramapo College field hockey team picked up their second win of the season with in thrilling overtime victory over Saint Thomas Aquinas College 1-0. The Roadrunners now stand at 2-0 overall while STAC falls to 0-3 on the season.
Despite being out shot 15-3 overall and 9-3 on goal, Ramapo would get the goal when it counted just 48 seconds into the first overtime period.

Gianna Mouskourie the ball at the start of the overtime period as she ripped a shot from 12-yards out to hit the back of the cage for the golden goal win.
Emily Wisneski came up big in the game for the Roadrunners in goal. She tallied nine saves including three in the first half and six in the second half. STAC led both teams in penalty corners with 16 while Ramapo tallied four.
The Roadrunners return to action on September 11th when travel to Marywood University in Scranton, PA for a non-conference game at 1pm.
