Mahwah, NJ: The Ramapo College women's soccer team came away with a 1-0 shutout victory on the road at Centenary College. The Roadrunners improve to 1-2-1 overall while the Cyclones fall to 1-3.

Neither team scored in the first half while the Roadrunners held a 6-2 shot advantage. Sophomore
Gabrielle Gentilucci scored the eventual game-winning goal in the 84th minute of the game (83:56) beating the keeper to propel the Roadrunners to victory.

Ramapo outshot Centenary 18-7 overall and 6-2 on goal, while Roadrunner keeper
Elizabeth Harvell earned the shutout making two saves. Ramapo led both teams with seven corner kicks while the Roadrunners defense caught the Cyclones offside eight times during the game.

The Roadrunners return to action when they host NJAC rival Montclair State University on September 17th at the Athletic Center turf field at 1pm.
