Mahwah, NJ: The Ramapo College men's soccer team opened the 2016 season with a 1-0 shutout over Lancaster Bible College in a non-conference game. The Roadrunners begin the 2016 season 1-0 while the Chargers drop to 0-1.
Ramapo got on the board in the first half when
Jorge Castro converted on a penalty kick in the 20
th minute for the 1-0 score. Ramapo outshot Lancaster Bible 21-6 overall and 9-4 on goal. The Roadrunners had many other chances to score in the game while they hit the post twice.

The Roadrunners return to action on Sunday, September 4
th when they host non-conference rival Eastern Connecticut State University at 2pm.
