Mahwah, NJ:  The #9 College of New Jersey women's soccer team remained undefeated in NJAC action with a 4-0 road win at Ramapo College this afternoon. The Lions improve to 10-0-1 overall and 5-0 in NJAC while the Roadrunners now stand at 1-8-1 overall, 0-5 in the NJAC.
 
Christine Levering put the Lions on the board in the first half with a goal in the 19th minute (18:06), the only goal of the first half to put the Lions in front 1-0.
 
In the second half, Jessica Goldman tallied her sixth goal of the season in the 50th (49:01) minute before Levering tallied her team leading 10th goal of the year off a pass from Elizabeth Thoresen to take a 3-0 lead. Levering's second goal of the game came in the 52nd minute (51:44). Julianna Franco scored her first goal of the year on a break away to extend the Lion lead 4-0 in the 86th (85:47) minute.
 
TCNJ held a 23-7 advantage in shots in the game and a 6-3 advantage in corner kicks. The Ramapo defense did catch TCNJ offside nine times during the game. Elizabeth Harvell posted eight saves for the Roadrunners while Jessica Weeder tallied four of her own.
 
The Roadrunners return to action on October 12th when they travel to Rutgers Newark University for a conference game at 7:30pm.
