Mahwah, NJ: The Ramapo College women's soccer team played host to Centenary College where they posted a 3-1 victory to improve to 4-0 on the year. Centenary falls to 1-4.
Ramapo got on the board first at 49:11 after a scoreless first half, off an assist from
Gabriella DiLiberto before
Skyler Rybacki posted back-to-back goals at 58:36 and 67:13.
Stephanie Bonilla assisted the first off a corner kick and Michaele Knoblock assisted the last to put Ramapo ahead 3-0. Centenary broke the shut out with less than four minutes to play when Amanda Benoit took a pass from Jessica Benoit to close the gap, 1-3. It wasn't enough as the Roadrunners walked away with their fourth win of the year.
Ramapo out shot Centenary 23-3 and held a 4-0 advantage in corner kicks.
Jessica Cusick made one save in net for Ramapo and Kaitlin Marold made five for Centenary.
The Roadrunners return to action on Wednesday, September 16th at 4:30pm away at Drew University.
